Seniors To Do List
2008-2009

Attention all Seniors!  With graduating comes responsibility, and that includes remembering to submit the following by the deadlines with each of the following activities!  If you have questions about any of these, please contact the Senior sponsors, Trish Hinrichs or Kay Theer!

Event Deadline Information Needed
Graduation Announcements & Information Jostens will be here on Oct. 9th to collect this - you can turn in any time prior to this to the sponsors
  • Graduation Announcement Form
  • Gown Info Sheet with Name, Height, Weight, etc.
  • Deposit of $60 if ordering announcements
  • Balance due on Feb. 1, 2009
  • Announcements sent to the school in March if balance is paid
Senior Class Photo Weber's Studio will take the Senior Class group picture on October 14, 2008. 
  • Order forms will be handed out on that day - no money needed on the 14th.
  • Webers will take graduation pictures, both individual & as a group.
  • Cost of pictures:  4x7 for $8 or 8x10 for $10.
Senior Wallet Size  Photos (5) AND photo release form from your photographer Nov. 1st or ASAP - need photo release form with picture! 1.  Composite in commons area
2.  Yearbook
3.  Blue Hill leader
4.  Hastings Tribune
5.  Senior Video

NOTE:  A signed photographer release form must be turned in to Mrs. Hinrichs or we will not be able to have your picture printed in the yearbook or newspapers.
3 Pictures
(Baby, Elementary & High School)		 Nov. 1st or ASAP These are to be used in the senior video.
GRADUATION!! May 9th, 2009 @ 4 PM - Seniors must be here by 2:45 PM for the Senior Photos, which begin at 3 PM

Appropriate dress is mandatory for Graduation:


Guys: Nice shirt, long pants, dress socks and shoes (no sandals)
Gals: Dresses, blouses and skirts or long pants, dress shoes
ALL: No Short, No Blue Jeans, No Loud or Unsightly Clothing, No Tennis Shoes, and No Noise Makers
Senior Video Apr. 30th $10/video - available at graduation
